An award-winning Toronto educator, Gervan Fearon, PhD'99 (Economics), will be joining Brandon University as its new vice-president academic and provost.
The university announced Fearon's appointment January 15. Fearon holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and is coming to Brandon from Ryerson University in Toronto, where he is currently dean of the G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education.
